“Heritage collection” Upon perceiving some new directions with the Ukrainian Art , I stumbled across some beautiful books I have of Ukrainian Costume. There is so much incredible creativity within each region that has been documented through the years and touches the very heart of the culture within each region. I was taken by this young woman and her incredible headdress and costuming. It is noted that she is early 20th century and from the Pokuttian Region in the Carpathian Mountains....
